An unexpected upgrade delight
The staff's friendly attitude and helpfulness. I appreciated being upgraded to a larger room, and the rooftop pool was perfect for winding down after the day. Located conveniently near Union metro station, I was able to explore the city with ease.
While my room was spacious, the air conditioning struggled to maintain a consistent temperature , made it uncomfortable at times. The noise from the outside traffic could be quite distracting, especially at night.

Loved my perfectly pleasant stay for business trip. The standard queen room was tastefully decorated with a nice bathroom and BALCONY TOO GOOD. Everything was lovely, including plentiful and reasonable breakfasts with toast and meat. The location of the hotel was nice and unbeatable, near to metro. I tried some drinks at restaurant Pool Bar, located 10 minutes walk away.

The room 516 was clean, spacious, and had great bathroom amenities. Traffic noise throughout the night was disruptive, especially on the fifth floor.

The restaurant here was good for lunch, we both ordered SPECIAL dishes.
It had dull views.

Super convenient location, just a hop to the Metro and tasty spots around. Rooms are spacious and tidy-definitely a cozy vibe! Plus, loved the rooftop pool for some chill time after my explorations.
But oh dear, the traffic outside is like a never-ending car concert, and finding parking seemed like searching for a needle in a haystack!

The hotel's location is quite convenient for
Attending events, as it's close to the Metro and the Al Ghurair Center. Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily, but the air conditioning was inconsistent. The breakfast could benefit from more variety. It was a pleasant stay, especially with friendly staff.

The hotel staff were polite and accommodating .
Unfortunately, the soundproofing in my room was subpar. The inconsistent air conditioning did not help.

I had a grand stay overall, with lovely big spacious rooms and an incredibly friendly staff. The breakfast was decent, offering a nice range but could use a bit more variety. The one downside was the noise from the nearby junction, which could be a bit disruptive at times.

The rooftop pool was a highlight, perfect for enjoying the sun and winding down after a busy day. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great air conditioning. The location felt a bit distant from the city center, and the busy streets nearby created noticeable noise, which could be disruptive at times. Limited breakfast options also detracted from the experience.
